| Wow. It's been awhile folks. I mostly kick around on Facebook anymore,
or post picks on Flickr (look for metasquirrelybob). But even thoses
I'm not terribly consistent on. Right now I can blame it on Neverwinter
Nights 2. Before that, I don't know. I've just been living life.
I've been losing weight. I got a Bowflex in mid July. Since then I've
lost 25lbs. I've gone from 290lbs to 265lbs. I'm not even near my goal
yet, but I'm making progress. Now Troy, if you haven't seen him, has
lost tons of weight. Oh and he is also a cowboy now. Go figure.
My right knee has been hurting. I did something to it at the Fall
Family Fun Fest the church had a couple of weeks ago. I'll have to post
some pics from that on Flickr soon. I can walk fine, I just have
trouble with stairs. If you can and will pray for my knee, I appreciate
it.
I also keep biting the inside of my mouth on accident. I guess I can't help it. I'm delicious.
I guess I can post more later, but this will do for now. TTYL

| Today, while I was at work, my mind wandered a bit,
as it is want to do. I thought about what if I got over to my folks'
place after work for dinner and no one was there. And then what if I
found out that my mom was in the hospital and no one had called me to
let me know.
Well when I got to my folks' place, everyone was
there. But I found out that my mom had been taken to the emergency room
earlier that day. She thought she was having a heart attack, and at
first the doctors thought that too. They ran some tests and gave her
some medicine. They decided that her heart was fine, but they're not
sure what happened yet. If anyone still reads this, please pray for my
mom, Peggy, and for her health.
